Knowl Hill Cattery is open 7 days a week and there is always a member of staff onsite to ensure the wellbeing of your cat.

We cater for all types of cats from the fussy eaters to attention seekers.

Whether your cat has a strict diet, medical requirements or routine tummy rubs you can rely on us to give your cat the care and attention they need.

Our kitchen facility enables us to prepare your cat’s meals, along with biscuits and treats (if required). If your cat has a specific diet we invite you to bring along their own food.

If your cat requires any medication or strict dietary requirements please let us know and our team will ensure your needs are met.

All medications do add on an additional daily charge of £1.

We now have five premium pens with webcams. There is an additional charge of £2 per day if you would like to book into one of them.

On arrival you will be asked for an up-to-date vaccination card along with your vet’s name and contact detail incase of any unforeseen circumstances.

Opening Times

The cattery is open all year round for the boarding of cats.

Monday – Friday 9am – 12:30pm & 4pm – 5:30pm
Saturday 9am – 12:30pm
Sunday 9am – 12:30pm
Bank Holidays 9am – 12:30pm

Knowl Hill cattery is closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New years day.

We try to be as flexible as possible with meeting your needs so if you cannot make our opening times we will arrange a time for a member of staff to greet you and your cat.

Daily Boarding Prices:

Single Cat £14.20
Two Cats Sharing £20.40
Three Cats Sharing £23.60 off peak and £30 on peak
Four Cats Sharing £28.90 off peak and £33 on peak

As of January 2016 if you collect your cat during our morning opening hours you will not be charged for that day.

However if you collect during the afternoon opening hours you will be charged for the extra day.

As of January 2019 we now require a deposit on all bookings of £40.50 (Three days stay) which will come out of the final bill. Should you need to cancel the booking, if you can provide us three weeks’ notice then we can refund the deposit.
