About us
We cater for all types of cats from the fussy eaters to attention seekers.
Whether your cat has a strict diet, medical requirements or routine tummy rubs you can rely on us to give your cat the care and attention they need.
Our kitchen facility enables us to prepare your cat’s meals, along with biscuits and treats (if required). If your cat has a specific diet we invite you to bring along their own food.
If your cat requires any medication or strict dietary requirements please let us know and our team will ensure your needs are met.
As of May 10th, 2024 we will be increasing our prices to those below. Any bookings for dates before May 10th will be at our old pricing.
On arrival you will be asked for an up-to-date vaccination card along with your vet’s name and contact detail incase of any unforeseen circumstances.
Opening Times
The cattery is open all year round for the boarding of cats.

Knowl Hill cattery is closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New years day.
Daily Boarding Prices:
| Single Cat | £16 |
| Two Cats Sharing | £23 |
| Three Cats Sharing | £27 off peak and £32 on peak |
| Four Cats Sharing | £32 |
Collections between 4PM and 5.30PM on weekdays will add on that nights charge, similar to a human hotel!
Additional costs
We try to be as flexible as possible with drop offs and collections, so if you cannot make our opening times feel free to call us to discuss what we can sort. Out of hours collections are at the discretion of the staff member in on the day and sometimes may have to be rearranged last minute if any emergencies come up. Out of Hours collections do add on a further £15 on top of the normal charge.
If we are required to do a vet trip during your cats stay the vet charge would be added to your bill, if they require payment from us upfront. We also charge £5 for the first 5 miles of travel and an additional £1.50 per mile after 5 miles. All vet trips will be discussed with you before taking them unless it is an emergency and we cannot get a hold of you.
